What should you do if you have a phobia about something? I guess you have to face your fear. For the past 3 months I have suffered with blogaphobia (put that in your dictionary Kerry!) and after sleepless nights and constant nagging encouragement from BFF here I am facing it!
I just want to thank my loyal followers for their patience for looking at a blank post for so long...is anyone still out there lol? I won't promise to post every day but I will try and post as often as life allows!
On to my card....after working at the SECC at the weekend I stayed with my BFF for a play day and what a great day we've had. While BFF was sweating over her card for her blog hop I got to work with Mistletoe Nikki & Ben and some flabby new pp I got at the show. Along with raiding Kerry's stash this is what I came up with....
What do you think? I absolutely LOVE this new image from Ladybug Crafts Ink. As a Copic addict the image was perfect for these pens.
Awwww..don't they make a cute couple?
A Christmas card wouldn't be right without a bit of sparkle
I really love how this heart turned out even though the stitching was a nightmare!
I hope you like the first of my efforts.
Thanks for your perseverance and please be gentle with your comments!!

Wow, what a gorgeous card! I am so glad you finally posted. I was beginning to think that Kerry had a "make-believe" friend ... you know those "imaginary" friends kids have lol! So I'm happy to know Kerry hasn't gone completely bonkers and that you really do exist. Your coloring is beautiful and I love the paper you used. The border punch and the heart are perfect additions to your card. Can't wait to see the next one!
ReplyDeleteWow! Keep on bloggin, sister! Beautifully done.

Glad you are up and running at last Karen. Card is beautiful but Kerry may have told you that the only reason I get CM&P is because I love your cards. It was great to see you at the SECC
